Mexican Poncho
It’s starting to feel a bit more like Spring in Melbourne at the moment. The sun is out and the days are starting to feel slightly warmer. I love Spring because it means that Summer is just around the corner! So to celebrate the warmer weather I’m showing off my new Mexican poncho!
I picked up this Mexican poncho fabric from Spotlight a while ago and decided it was time to do something with it. I found this blanket shawl tutorial online and got sewing. This is the end result!
This sewing project is super easy and takes no time at all! All you need is a sewing machine and some fabric and you are good to go. I added the leather belt which helps to keep the poncho in place as well as looking stylish. Bring on Springtime!
